Government Polytechnic Jashpur offers AICTE approved 3 years duration Diploma Programmes in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The institute is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai. The university has implemented the revised curriculum from the academic session 2019-20.
This new outcome based curriculum, aligned with AICTE Model Curriculum, is developed with an aim to prepare the students for a successful professional career by providing them sound technical knowledge and skills along with soft skills and ethical values with a sense of responsibility towards the society.
